·        T-SHIRT ORDERS: Those teams who pre-ordered their t-shirts can pick them up prior to or after your first game. Payment should be made out to the GOLDEN BEARS HOCKEY ALUMNI. Please ask for Serge Lajoie and he will get you your t-shirts.

·        PLAYERS’ BOXES – Home team gets NORTH BOX (Penalty Box side). Visitors get SOUTH BOX. NOTE: Teams using Room 4 will ALWAYS use the SOUTH BOX, regardless of home or visitor status.

·        REFEREE’S FAIR PLAY AWARD: This award will be presented after the round robin games to the team with the least penalty minutes. Thanks to United Cycle for their kind donation of this plaque.

·        DRAWS AND OPENING CEREMONIES – Draws for all of our prizes will take place on December 27^th at 5:35 pm . All of the teams are paraded on the ice and in past years we have given away mountain bikes, Pro jerseys, sticks, hockey bags, etc. Players MUST be in attendance to win the prizes.

·        DRESSING ROOM KEYS: Signed out at the concession, (Car keys must be left).

·        GAME SHEETS: Game sheets have been filled out with the rosters. Coaches or managers must verify the rosters and mark Captains and Assistant Captains. If changes need to be made, you must do so on each sheet of the game sheet!! Visiting team manager or coach to pick up game sheet at the time box, confirm rosters that will appear on the sheet and take to home team. Home team returns sheet to time box. NOTE: All changes must be made on EACH copy of the game sheet.

·        SCHEDULE AND DRESSING ROOM SCHEDULE:   Enclosed

·        The Dressing Room schedule must be adhered to! No exceptions!!

·        Please have your teams CLEAN the dressing rooms after your game. Leave it in the condition that you would like to have it if you were showing up to use it! THANKS!

·        Warm–up pucks will be provided. Please have your team return them to the tournament bucket by the timekeepers box after your warm-up.

·        The timeclock will be set down to 2:00 minutes with only 5 minutes left on the allotted ice time. Teams will be notified by the timekeepers when the clock will be set down.
