4.1) Treasurer’s Report: |

q Koeb’s went through the disbursements for the past month. (Degs/April). Approved |

4.2) Coach’s Report: |
|
q Due to our wins over Manitoba this past weekend we are guaranteed a trip to Nationals. This weekend’s Canada West championships will influence the seeding in the Nationals the following weekend in Kitchener. |

q Rob reiterated how much the team appreciates the pre-game meals in the playoffs. |

5.2) GBHA Golf Tourney 2002 Update: |
|
q Jeff reported on behalf of Cranner that we will be sending out pictures and Thank you’s from last years tourney in the next few weeks. In this letter we will also hype the 2002 tourney |

q Jeff presented to the group the interest that the Minerva Foundation has in combining our golf tourney with theirs. The group feeling was that although the foundation does good things for the community, there is no need for our tourney to join theirs. Maybe some day, but not now. |

5.3) Casino Update: |

q 3 volunteers short, but it is looking good for this weekend |

New Business: |

6.1) Play off Draft: |
|
q Draft is a go. Mac has the forms and we need to start selling. |
|
6.2) Ted Olson: |
|
q Motion to contribute $100.00 to the Ted Olson Foundation (McDonald, Ironside) Approved Unanimously. |
|
6.3) Clare Drake Arena Renovations: |
|
q Mac is going to attend a meeting next week where the topic is the renovation of Clare Drake Arena. Chuck Moser asked the Alumni to attend so Mac is going to attend and report back to us next month. |
|
6.4) Coach Drake Banner: |
|
q Mac is going to bring this up at the above-mentioned meeting. Depending on the discussions at the meeting we will also talk to the arena staff to see they can suggest a cleaning method and possible a better location for the banner |
